<p>BITS Hyderabad has released the tentative schedule for BITSAT 2026 and BITS HD 2026. The BITSAT 2026 application process started on December 15, 2025. The exam will be held in two sessions.</p>

<li>Session 1 exam dates: April 15 to April 16, 2026</li>
<li>Session 1 scorecard release: April 30, 2026</li>
<li>Session 2 admit card release: May 20, 2026</li>
<li>Session 2 exam dates: May 24 to May 26, 2026</li>
<li>Session 2 result date: June 06, 2026</li>
</ul>

<p>BITSAT counselling registration is open from April 27 to June 03, 2026. The seat allotment rounds are scheduled as follows:</p>

<ul>
<li>1st round: June 20, 2026</li>
<li>2nd round: July 01, 2026</li>
<li>3rd round: July 14, 2026</li>
<li>4th round: July 22, 2026</li>
<li>5th round: August 01, 2026</li>
<li>6th round: August 10, 2026</li>
</ul>

<p>Direct admission to board toppers is available through the Direct Admission to Board Toppers Scheme. Registration for this scheme is open from June 02 to June 30, 2026.</p>

<p>For postgraduate programs, the BITS Higher Degree (BITS HD) 2026 registration is extended and open from February 19 to April 25, 2026. The BITS HD exam is on May 25 to May 26, 2026. The merit lists will be released on the following dates:</p>

<ul>
<li>1st merit list (based on GATE): May 08, 2026</li>
<li>2nd merit list (BITS HD/GPAT/GATE): June 08, 2026</li>
<li>3rd merit list (BITS HD/GPAT/GATE): June 29, 2026</li>
</ul>

<p>If a student does not book a test slot, the system will automatically assign a date and time based on available preferences.</p>
