Dr. Subhash Kumar Mittal, Professor and Principal of Geeta Institute of Law, earned his doctorate from Sri Venkateswara University and qualified UGC-NET in 2003. With over 21 years of experience as an academician, he has also practiced as an advocate in District Court for four years. He has presented research papers and chaired over 80 National and International Seminars, coordinated more than 10 National Moot-Court Competitions, and over 20 International & National Seminars and webinars. Additionally, he has supervised 45 dissertations, is a member of advisory boards in reputed journals, authored 4 books, and published over 15 research papers. His areas of interest include Company Law, Land Laws, Drafting & Pleading, and Conflict of Laws.

She has guided several undergraduate and postgraduate students in their projects and is appreciated by IIT Delhi for her contribution to the field of high-impact teaching skills; also appreciated by IIM Indore for her extraordinary contribution in various tasks during capacity building workshops.Dr. Dawar has also received a letter of Appreciation from RBI for her research work in the banking industry, also awarded by Infosys for grabbing 1st position in a national level competition for faculty members of 72 institutions. He has presented numerous papers at National and International Seminars and Conferences and has 15 research paper publications to his credit, out of which 4 Papers in the UGC care list. He was awarded his Doctorate in Sociology from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak on the topic “Land Acquisition and Agrarian Change: A Sociological Study of Haryana State”. After serving in the Indian Armed Forces, top corporates, and leading financial institutions as a Senior Scale Officer for more than two decades, he turned to his passion for teaching.
