Scholarships and Financial Assistance
The Institute offers Merit-cum-Means scholarships to 25% of undergraduate students. Several endowment scholarships are also available from the Institute.
Undergraduate students from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes receive additional support. This support includes Institute free studentship, scholarships, reimbursement of mess charges, and pocket allowances.
M.Tech. and M.Pharm. Programmes
All non-sponsored students admitted to M.Tech. and M.Pharm. programmes receive financial assistance. This assistance is equivalent to the Junior Research Fellowship amount.
Ph.D. Programmes
The Institute offers many Junior and Senior Research Fellowships to Ph.D. students. Efforts are being made to provide scholarships to all eligible candidates admitted to Ph.D. programmes.
