GATE 2026 Geomatics Engineering (GE) Exam Pattern has been released on the official website. As per GATE 2026 Geomatics Engineering (GE) Exam Pattern, the question paper is divided into three sections- General Aptitude, Part A and Part B. Students have to compulsorily attempt Part A while out of Part B, they can attempt any one section out of two: Section I and Section II.
GATE Geomatics Engineering (GE) is a new paper introduced by IIT Guwahati in 2026. This paper basically checks the aspirants’ geomatics skills. Geomatics is a specialised field of study.
