IMU CET 2026 Application Form Overview

The IMU CET 2026 application form will be available on the official website tentatively in the first week of March 2026. The application process includes registration, form filling, and fee payment.

The application fee for IMU CET 2026 is INR 1000 for General/OBC category candidates. The fee for SC/ST category candidates is INR 700.

IMU CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the basic eligibility criteria before applying for IMU CET 2026. The key requirements are listed below.

• Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with a minimum of 60% aggregate and 50% in English.
• Valid photo ID proof such as a Passport.
• Age between 17 and 25 years as of August 2026.
• Medical fitness certificate issued by the Director-General of Shipping for marine courses.

How to Fill IMU CET 2026 Application Form

The application form is available online only. The process involves registration, filling details, uploading documents, and paying the fee.

Step 1: Registration Process

• Visit the official IMU website at www.imu.edu.in.
• Click on the link "CET 2026-Apply online".
• Read all the information on the website.
• Check the box "I have read and understood and agree to abide by the instructions".
• Click on register to open the registration window.
• Fill in all required details.
• Click the "Submit" button.
• Receive the application number via email or SMS.
• Login using the application number and Date of Birth as password.

Step 2: Application Form Filling

• Fill in details such as candidate name as per Class 10 mark sheet, parents' names, gender, nationality, date of birth, address, academic scores, year of passing, board name, and exam center selection (up to 3 choices).
• Click the "Submit" button.

Step 3: Documents Upload Process

• Upload Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, degree course certificates, and category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable.
• Upload a colored passport-size photograph on a light or white background. No caps, hats, religious headwear, sunglasses, or spectacles. The photo must be 200*230 pixels and less than or equal to 50 KB.
• Upload a scanned signature in black pen on white paper. The resolution must be 200*100 pixels and less than 10 KB.

Step 4: Registration Fee Payment

The application fee must be paid after completing the form and uploading documents. The fee is INR 1000 for General/OBC and INR 700 for SC/ST candidates.

• After the successful completion of all the above-mentioned process candidate need to pay the registration fee of INR 1000 for the candidates belonging to general or (OBC) Other backward Class category and INR 700 for the candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC or ST
• The candidate will have to pay the registration fee through online modes such as Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
• Take the registration slip that will be automatically generated and keep it for future references.
