As far as my best knowledge is concerned, you are not eligible to pursue a Master's in Landscape Architecture after completion of a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture.
The minimum basic educational qualification required for M.Arch from RIT Bangalore is given below,
- Admission to the Master of Architecture Program is open to all the candidates who have passed B.Arch. (as per the eligibility criteria specified from time to time) of COA, VTU, or any other recognized University / Institution.
- For foreign degrees, an Equivalence certificate from the Association Of Indian Universities is required.
- The candidates who have completed their degree through the distance mode education from any University are not eligible for admission to M.Arch. Programs under any quota.
- Candidates holding the degree awarded by Associate of the Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA) are also eligible for M.Arch., programs.
- Candidates who have passed the prescribed qualifying examination with not less than 50% of the marks in the aggregate of all the years are also eligible for M.Arch. (5% relaxation for reserved categories.
You have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture which is not a relevant subject to Architecture that's why you are not eligible to pursue this course.
PES University (main campus) will be a better option for Computer Science and Engineering. PES is known for its CS department. The faculties of the department are brilliant. It also offers decent placements.
PES University placements are good. The students of 2021-22 batch students received an average CTC of INR 5 LPA. This year, the highest CTC offered was INR 8.2 LPA.
MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology will be a better option for Computer Science. It offers better academics and placements. The CSE faculty of the institute is comparably better than BMS Institute of Technology. The recent highlights of RIT Bangalore placements show the average CTC for CSE to be around INR 8 LPA. While the highest CTC goes up to INR 25 LPA.
After doing some research online, I would suggest not to go for IEM at Ramaiah, until and unless you are extremely interested in studying that particular subject. Since it will not pay you anything and you will eventually wind up in the same category of mass placement at one of the service-based companies.
Double-check the topics you will be studying. EEE is usually less exposed than IEM, yet EEE is regarded as the most complex branch to be studied.
The majority of EEE / ECE / other branches receive job offers from Infosys, HCL, Accenture, or Tech Mahindra.

You should however research well about IET Lucknow. But, since it is located in Uttar Pradesh, the opportunities will not be as broad as it is in MSRIT, Bangalore.
