- Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for General and EWS category.
- SC, ST, and OBC candidates need minimum 40% in PCB. PwD candidates require minimum 45%.
- NEET-UG 50th percentile required for General and EWS. SC, ST, and OBC need the 40th percentile and PwD candidates the 45th percentile.
- Minimum age of 17 years as of December 31, 2026.
- Punjab domicile required for 85% state quota seats.
