Fees
Fees at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences for the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program are structured with several components varying by category. For general and EWS categories, the first-year fee is Rs. 49,700, including a refundable caution fee of Rs. 10,000. OBC, SC, and ST categories pay Rs. 40,700 in the first year, with the same caution fee included. The annual tuition fee is Rs.
18,000 for the General/EWS group and Rs. 9,000 for the other categories with additional yearly charges for library and development fees of Rs. 2,000, examination fees of Rs. 6,000, and miscellaneous fees. Hostel fees are approximately Rs. 2,400 per year, plus Rs. 2,500 annually for electricity charges, whereas AC-equipped rooms incur extra. The program supports financial aid like the Pradhan Mantri Scholarship Scheme, UP government scholarship, and Atal Bihari Vajpayee scholarship for eligible candidates.
Mess fees amount to Rs. 45,000 annually.
