Faculty Development Programme

IIM Shillong’s Faculty Development Programme is a fully residential 3-week initiative for college teachers and academic researchers, covering research methodology, pedagogy, and case-based teaching in specializations such as HR, finance, marketing, operations, and business analytics. The institute holds NIRF rank 38 in Management (2025). No entrance examination is required. The program fee is INR 35,400 per participant.
