Post Doctoral Fellowship Programme

The Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) Program at IIM Visakhapatnam, launched in 2024, is a full-time research fellowship designed for young scholars who have recently completed their doctoral degree. The program provides an opportunity to pursue active research in management disciplines, supporting scholarly development and career advancement. Fellows receive a monthly stipend of INR 75,000 and a contingency grant of up to INR 2,00,000 for attending reputed national and international conferences. The program is open only to Indian nationals residing in India, aged up to 35 years (with relaxation for Women, PwD, SC/ST, OBC, and EWS candidates). Candidates must have a PhD from a centrally funded institution of high repute (IIMs, IITs, IISERs, IISc, Central Universities, or globally recognized institutions) and must apply within three years of obtaining their PhD degree.
