Fees at IIT Roorkee for the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program in Chemical Engineering are as follows. The tuition fee is INR 1,00,000 per semester, with additional charges for hostel and mess facilities around INR 40,000 per semester. The complete course costs approximately INR 11-12 lakh over four years. Fee waivers are available, such as a full waiver for families with annual incomes below INR 1 lakh. Families earning between INR 1 lakh to 5 lakh can receive a two-thirds tuition fee waiver.
