RGNUL offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in law, along with diploma courses. The main programmes are B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., Ph.D., LL.D., and a Post Graduate Diploma in Prison Administration.

B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) is a full-time undergraduate programme. The total tuition fee is INR 9.13 Lakhs. There are 180 seats. Admission is through CLAT UG merit list and counselling. You need to have passed 10+2 to apply.

Master of Laws (LL.M.) is a full-time postgraduate programme. The total tuition fee is INR 1.63 Lakhs. There are 80 seats. Admission is through CLAT PG merit list and counselling. You need an L.L.B. degree to apply.

Ph.D. is a full-time doctoral programme. The total tuition fee is INR 1.87 Lakhs. The specialisations are Law and Social Science with law. Admission requires RGNUL's own Ph.D. entrance test followed by a written test and interview. You need a Post Graduation degree to apply.

LL.D. is a full-time doctoral programme. The total tuition fee is INR 1.07 Lakhs. Admission is through an interview or viva-voce conducted by the university. You need a Ph.D. to apply.

Post Graduate Diploma in Prison Administration is a part-time diploma programme. The tuition fee is INR 9,000. There are 75 seats. Admission is merit-based on your marks. You need a Graduation degree with 50% marks to apply.

Apart from tuition fees, all students must pay other charges. These include admission fees, amenities fee, campus development fund, examination fee, library fee, hostel rent (if staying on campus), and refundable security deposits. These are listed separately in the official fee schedule.

RGNUL charges higher fees for NRI or Foreign National candidates. For example, the first-semester university fee for B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) is INR 3,96,742 for NRI or Foreign Nationals. It is INR 1,92,500 for Indian students. For LL.M., NRI or Foreign Nationals pay around INR 2,76,204 for the first semester. Indian students pay INR 1,58,000.
