Dr. Hitesh Ruparel currently works with GLS University as Director General of the University & Director of GLS University’s Incubator LEAF over and above being the dean of the Faculty of Management. He is also associated with several prominent universities & institutions and advices them in their pursuits being a member of Governing Board, Board of Management, Academic Council and Board of Studies. With more than two decades of experience in industry and academia, Dr. Ruparel has proficiency in institutional building, nurturing and development. His contribution in developing innovative pedagogy in facilitating learning and sharing process for imparting management education is noteworthy. Dr. Ruparel has been pivotal in establishment of the DST supported Technology Business Incubator (LEAF – Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Acceleration Foundation) at GLS University. Before joining GLS, he was associated with various other educational and corporate establishments in prominent positions. An avid reader and researcher, he has many publications in national and international journals, magazines and conference proceedings and has also co-authored a book. He is guiding numerous PhD Scholars in their research pursuits. Doctorate in the area of Marketing Science, Dr. Ruparel is recipient of three Gold Medals during his MBA programme and has Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification to his credit.

Dr. Dharmesh Shah is a provost & Professor (Finance) at GLS University, Ahmedabad. He is an approved Ph.D. Guide of Gujarat University & GLS University. Under his guidance four Ph.D. scholars pursuing research work in various areas of finance and one scholar availed the doctoral degree. He teaches major finance specialization courses like Fundamentals of Financial Management, International Finance, Corporate Tax Planning, Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. He did his doctoral (Ph.D.) programme in the area of Corporate Governance from B.K.School of Business Management. He cleared his State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) for Lecturer in the area of Management, conducted by UGC. He is also a member of various repute organizations like Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI – New Delhi), Gujarat & North Gujarat Universities Commerce & Management Teachers Association and Gujarat University Accountancy Teachers Association. He has more than 18 years of academic experience. He was a visiting faculty member of ICSI Ahmedabad Chapter for four years for Economic and Labour Laws, at B.K.School of Business Management for five years for International Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions & Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management and at Nirma University, Institute of Management for two years for Management of Direct and Indirect Taxes. He published nine papers in international journals and six papers in national journals. He has presented papers on various national and international conferences arranged by repute B-Schools like Institute of Management, Nirma University & IMT Ghaziabad etc. He has participated in Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Corporate Governance arranged by IIM Bangalore. He has also participated in two Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) arranged by ICFAI and in the AIMS International Conference organized at IIM, Ahmedabad. He got funding from the British Council, Scotland for the international research work with Dr. John Paterson, University of Aberdeen, Scotland in the area of Corporate Governance in the year of 2011-12.

Dr. Sneha Shukla has more than two decades of experience in the academic field. She is a Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She has deeply invested 15 years in handling academic affairs & a decade for overall co-ordination of MBA programme as Programme Coordinator. Dr. Shukla is a qualified Doctorate in Finance from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. She is a recognised PhD guide in Management at School for Doctoral Research & Philosophy, GLS University with rich experience in research & academics. Five candidates have been awarded PhD under her guidance. She has experience in teaching Quantitative Techniques & Operations Research subjects apart from Finance electives. She has a good track record of research with more than 50 published papers in prestigious journals & conferences, nationally and internationally. She has participated in many National & International Conferences, Workshops and FDPs in various reputed institutions like IIM-A, IIM-Indore, Nirma University, B. K. School of Management, ICFAI University, etc. She has served as a Session Chair at International Conference held at IIM-A & National Conference at Gujarat University. She has been a member of advisory committee for International Conference on Advances in Theory, Practices & Research in Management (GLSU-ATRPM) held by Faculty of Management. She has also been a member of Academic Council, Board of Studies & Board of Examination at Faculty of Management, GLS University.

Dr. Juhi Shah is an Associate Professor with Faculty of Management, GLS University and holds a PhD in Management and her research area focused on Integrated Brand Communications practices of companies in India. She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration in the field of Marketing and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, India. Further, she has been qualified by the University Grants Commission – National Eligibility for Lectureship in the subject of Management in 2007. She has one-year industry experience and 18 years of academic experience. Her current teaching interests are Product and Brand Management, Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Retail Management, Rural Marketing, and Organizational Behavior. She has attended several FDPs, workshops as well as conferences – national and international and presented papers in them. Besides, she has published a couple of research papers in national and international journals. She is a recognized PhD guide at School of Doctoral Research and Innovation, GLS University and has seven Ph.D scholars currently under her guidance pursuing their research work in different areas of marketing and five scholars have been awarded the doctoral degree.

Dr. Megha Shah is an articulate qualified Accounts & Finance specialized academician having 14 years of teaching experience. Currently, working as an Associate Professor at Faculty of management GLS University. She completed her Ph.D from Sardar Patel University in Area of Forensic Accounting. She is acknowledged as a fine repository of knowledge of the subject of Accounts and Finance. Her Domain expertise in courses are Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Forensic Accounting & Auditing, Management Accounting, Management of Financial Services and Management of Banking Operations. She is a recognized PhD guide in School of Doctoral Research and Innovation, GLS University. She has six Ph.D. scholars under her guidance pursuing their research work in various areas of Finance and Accounts and one scholar is availed the doctoral degree. She has presented papers in National and International Conferences on various topics and published several research papers in National & International journals of repute. She has experience of teaching Accounting and Accountability subject for UTS, Australia. She is actively associated in Placement Training activities at the Institute.

Dr. Rajsee Joshi Shah is a passionate academician and researcher with more than a decade and a half of corporate and academic experience.
