- B.Tech – 4 years, full-time, on-campus. First-year fee is INR 2.90 Lakhs. Selection is through JEE Advanced, followed by JOSAA Counselling.
- B.Tech + M.Tech – First-year fee is INR 2.9 Lakhs. Selection is through JEE Advanced, followed by JOSAA Counselling.
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science and Data Analytics – First-year fee is INR 99,500. Selection is through CUET.
- BBA – First-year fee is INR 1.2 Lakhs. Selection is through CUET.

- M.Tech: A graduation degree in Engineering or Science with 60% marks in aggregate, or a Master's degree in Science with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
- M.Sc: A Bachelor's degree in Science with 60% marks in aggregate.
- Ph.D: A Master's degree in Engineering or any relevant programme with 60% marks.
The accepted entrance exams and their dates are:
- M.Tech: GATE. Registration is from Aug 28 to Sep 28, 2025. Exam dates are Feb 07, 08, 14, and 15, 2026.
