The Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) at Shiv Nadar University (SNU), Greater Noida, is a full-time, 3-year undergraduate program offered by the School of Management and Entrepreneurship (SME). Fee Structure

• The Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 30,000 is returned at the time of leaving the university.
• The Admission Fee of Rs. 60,000 is non-refundable.
• Living charges of Rs. 2,43,500/year include hostel fees (twin-sharing AC room), mess charges, and laundry charges, and cover access to 24x7 primary medical services.
• For non-AC twin sharing rooms, the living charges are Rs. 2,28,500/year.
• If a student is allotted or opts for a higher category hostel room, additional charges apply as per actual allocation.
• Tuition fee and living charges are subject to annual revision of up to 8%.
• Refund Policy: Before August 1, 2026 - 100% semester tuition fees + Rs. 25,000 from admission fee + 100% security deposit.
• Between August 1-15, 2026 - 90% semester tuition fees + Rs. 25,000 from admission fee + 100% security deposit.
• Between August 16-30, 2026 - 80% semester tuition fees + 100% security deposit.
• Between August 31 - September 15, 2026 - 50% semester tuition fees + 100% security deposit.
• From September 15, 2026 onwards - only security deposit of Rs. 30,000 refunded.

Relevant Entrance Exam Dates

• For BMS, the primary admission routes are SNUSAT, College Board SAT, ACT, and CUET 2026 (with interview).
• JEE is NOT required for BMS admission.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) with an aggregate of at least 65% in all subjects listed in the marksheet.
• English must be one of the subjects in the Class 12 marksheet.
• For IB students: Aggregate of 28 grade points out of 45 or 65%.
• For Cambridge Board students: Minimum of 2 subjects at 'A' level and aggregate of 65% Percentage Uniform Mark (PUM).

Ques. What is the SNUSAT, and how should I prepare for it for BMS admission?

Ans. The SNUSAT (Shiv Nadar University Scholastic Aptitude Test) is an online, home-proctored entrance test conducted across 6 cycles from January to July 2026. For BMS, only the SNUSAT is required (the APT, which tests Physics and Mathematics, is NOT required for BMS). The SNUSAT has two sections: Quantitative Reasoning (20 questions, 45 minutes) and Logical Reasoning (20 questions, 45 minutes). Preparation should focus on quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and logical reasoning. Sample questions are available on the application dashboard after you complete the application payment. Since the test is conducted multiple times, you can schedule it at a convenient time.

Students who wish to stay off-campus for exceptional reasons may be allowed to do so, with university shuttle services available from specific locations. The campus is located in Dadri, Greater Noida, which is approximately 40-50 km from central Delhi, making on-campus living the most practical option for most students.

Ques. Can I apply to BMS through CUET, and what is the process?

Ans. Yes, BMS admission through CUET 2026 is available, but it comes with an additional interview requirement. The CUET route will only be activated after CUET 2026 results are declared, and it is subject to seat availability at that time. If you are applying through CUET, you should also apply through SNUSAT simultaneously to maximize your chances, as SNUSAT results are available earlier and seats may fill up before CUET results are declared. The interview for CUET applicants will be conducted online by the School of Management and Entrepreneurship faculty.

Ques. What scholarships are available specifically for BMS students, and how competitive are they?

Ans. BMS students are eligible for most of the university's undergraduate scholarships. The most accessible are the Merit-Based Scholarship (50% tuition fee waiver for 95%+ in Class 12) and the School Topper's Scholarship (100% tuition fee waiver for school toppers with 98%+ aggregate). The Need-Based Scholarship covers up to 100% of tuition and hostel fees for students from families with income below Rs. 3 lakhs/year. The Vice Chancellor's Scholarship (Rs. 1 lakh/year) is awarded based on SNUSAT performance. Note that scholarships are renewable annually subject to maintaining a CGPA of 7.0 and 75% attendance.
