About the Institution
Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TNAU) was established in the year 1997 by the government of Tamil Nadu. The law university is recognised by UGC and accredited with a grade B++ by NAAC.
TNDALU campus is spread across 4.2 acres in Poompozhil and Perungudi campus. TNDALU offers 5 years and 3 years LLB (Hons.) and LLM programs in multiple disciplines. Admissions to all programs are solely based on marks secured in the qualifying examination (Merit-based).
TNDALU consists of more than 11 departments, 120+ meritorious faculty members. The university has signed MoUs with over 22 national international universities. It is also a member of AIU (Association of Indian Universities) and Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi.
