To orient newly appointed faculty to the vision, mission, and organizational structure of AIMS and Adichunchanagiri University.

To familiarize faculty with academic policies, quality systems, and professional expectations.

To provide an overview of NABH standards, employee welfare measures, and faculty development opportunities.

To promote excellence in medical education, patient care, research, and professionalism.

The Faculty Induction Programme commenced with registration of participants followed by a series of informative sessions delivered by senior administrators of the institution.

Session 1: Organization Overview & Professionalism was delivered by Dr. M. G. Shivaramu, who provided an overview of the institution’s growth, vision, mission, professional ethics, and expectations from faculty members.

Session 2: Academic Excellence & Faculty Development was conducted by Dr. Aliya Nusrath, highlighting academic quality initiatives, IQAC activities, faculty appraisal systems, research opportunities, and professional development programmes.

Session 3: Hospital Orientation & Quality Systems was presented by Dr. Ravi K. S., who explained hospital operations, NABH standards, patient safety practices, quality indicators, and institutional healthcare delivery systems.
