Lateral Placements: The Lateral Placement Program at IIMB addresses the increasing need of corporates for management students with prior work experience. Lateral Recruitments are similar to graduate recruitments but are conducted over a more extended period of time keeping in mind the inherent requirements of such a process. The companies are free to undertake any specialized kind of intensive selection process as per their convenience. Candidates with more than 18 months of work experience only are eligible for the Lateral Recruitment process.

Summer Placements: Summer Placements for the first year students take place in the first/ second week of October or November every year.
