Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology - [IHMCT] Kovalam

Admission to IHMCT Kovalam is based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for the 3-year B.Sc. program in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. For the Diploma courses in Food Service and Food and Beverage Service, admission is solely on the basis of merit.

For admission to undergraduate courses, the candidate should download the application form from the official website of IHMCT Kerala, which will redirect to the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) website, or directly from the NCHMCT website. The candidate should get the required documents attested as per the requirements and submit the form along with the application fee.

After submission, the candidate should download the admit card from the online portal. The aspirant should sit for the exam and meet the required cutoff along with the subsequent rank to be eligible for admission. Admission is solely based on the merit obtained in the NCHMCT JEE and shall take place through web counseling.
