Hostel Administration
The hostels of JIPMER function under the overall supervision of the Dean (Academic). The Dean (Academic) appoints Wardens, Deputy Wardens, and Officers in charge of common facilities from among the faculty members, with the approval of the Director.
The administration appoints or deputes some personnel as Hostel caretakers or stewards. A Chief Warden is appointed from among the wardens on a rotational basis for a period of one year.
Central Office
A Central office is located at the new hostel complex building. This office works under the supervision of the Chief Warden.
