- Passed 10+2 (Class XII) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics; minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved categories) as per VTU/AICTE norms.
- Valid KCET rank for government-quota seats or COMEDK UGET rank for management-quota seats.
- For VLSI Design and Technology and AI and Machine Learning, the same PCM 10+2 eligibility applies as for all VTU BE programmes.
