Rev. Dr. J. Felix Raj, SJ, Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, received the Excellence in Learning and Development Award from the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) on September 15, 2023.

Dr. Tutun Mukherjee, Assistant Professor in Commerce, Xavier Business School, St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, received the Young Faculty in Accounting and Finance award from the Venus International Foundation on July 15, 2023.

Dr. Sitangshu Khatua, Associate Professor in Finance, Xavier Business School, St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, received the Most Admired Professor (Finance) from the World BFSI Congress & Awards on February 14, 2023.

Dr. Prabhat Kumar Datta, Senior Visiting Faculty Member (Currently Adjunct Professor of Political Science, Xavier Law School), St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, received the Mohit Bhattacharya Lifetime Achievement Award-2022 from the New Public Administration Society of India, Jodhpur, Rajasthan on December 23, 2022.

Three students of Xavier Business School (XBS) of St. Xavier's University, Kolkata (SXUK) received the prestigious Baroda Achievers Award on February 1, 2025 at the university campus.

The award was given to top three rank holders as a recognition of their outstanding academic performance in the first three semesters. Atishya Ghosh was the topper, Souvik Dey and Shania Sardar were the second and third rank holders respectively.

Each of them was awarded a cheque of Rs. 31,000 at the concluding ceremony of Xaviesta 2025 at the university campus in the presence of Rev. Dr. John Felix Raj, S.J., Vice-Chancellor of SXUK, Prof. Ashis Mitra, Registrar, Dr. Sitangshu Khatua, Dean of XBS, officials of the Bank of Baroda and other dignitaries.

Father Felix Raj said, "I congratulate all three rank holders for their hard work and dedication to studies. I wish all of them to excel in life."
