Training & Placement Cell plays a key role in highlighting and projecting our students to the industry. We are committed to create a World class academic environment which should result in 100% placement of our students by keeping in mind the motto ” Your potential-Our passion”. Our Training & Placement Cell is always trying to work in pace with the academic advancements and industry requirements. Along with academic development of students, it is important to train the students in soft skills to express their knowledge to the industry. For this purpose, training & Placement cell implements programmes like Communication Improvement Program, Sessions for Aptitude Skills and as a regular activity in this regards, we have language laboratory and proctor sessions.

Our college has been Accredited By TCS, Pune as well as signed MoU with M/s. Infosys Technologies, Bangalore and is an official partner in the “Campus connect” Programme. To benchmark ourselves we have made MoUs with various academic institutions such as Konkuk university, Seoul, South Koria, W.C.E., Sangli and V.I.T., Pune. Various national & multinational companies have been placing our students through In-campus and Off-campus interviews.

Objective To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India. To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers and COE, alumni.

Industrial Tieup Tata Consultancy Services has accredited COE, Pandharpur as an A-grade Institution. Students recruited by TCS every year are given training in-house, by a Memorandum of Understanding to this effect.

COE, Pandharpur has signed an MoU with Infosys Technologies Ltd., Bangalore, under Infosys Campus Connect Program to train non-IT students and is currently running this programme successfully.
