About the Institution
Bikali College Goalpara was established in 1982. The College provides higher learning in the easternmost border of Goalpara district. It is the outcome of selfless dedicated services of the rural masses of fifty two villages.
Its campus has an area of 7 Hectares and the built up area of the college is more than 2.5 Hectares. The College is affiliated to Gauhati Unviversity The college is recognized by University Grants Commision Departments: Department of Mass Communicatiion Department of Computer Application Department of English Department of Assamese Activities: Population Education club- This club devotes for literacy campaign in the community Science Society- The college has a science society branch under the aegis of Assam Science Society Scholarships: Government sponsored scholarship for SC/ST/O.B.C. and M.O.B.C. are granted regularly Merit Scholarships and other public and private funded scholarships are also being recommended.
