Entry requirements
Entry requirements for international students applying to Ara Institute of Canterbury include:
- Certificates & Diplomas (Level 4–6): Completion of secondary school education equivalent to New Zealand NCEA Level 2 or 3 (e.g., Higher Secondary Certificate / Class 12 for Indian applicants).

- Graduate Diplomas & Postgraduate Degrees (Level 7–8): A recognized bachelor's degree or relevant professional diploma with documented work experience from an accredited tertiary institution.
